Today is bittersweet as it is Ms. Desiree’s LAST TEACHING DAY.

(Thankfully, she lives within walking distance so it is by no means “goodbye”!)

Ms. Desiree, thank you for bringing the light, the laughter and an attitude of positivity each and every day. You WILL be greatly missed, but above all you will be remembered for the years together.

They are off to accomplish BIG things, and we are grateful we got to bear witness to the immense growth they experienced during these first few years of the educational journey.

They will be missed but we know it’s not “goodbye” but, rather, “see you later” as they will forever remain a part of the Valley family.

Happy May Day, and good news! Our sweet baby chicks arrived this week!! Friends immediately took to loving them up. 🫶🏻

Preschoolers practiced their gentle holds with pretend chicks and then put their training to good use!

We love rounding out our farm unit this way each year…a wonderful annual tradition!
