Recently I had the opportunity to speak with KC Sheperd of the Oklahoma Farm Report.
We talked about how the new $40+ million investment will expand ’s agronomy infrastructure and help Oklahoma’s economy. The funding comes from a collaborative effort between state leaders and private donors.
The new facility will amplify OSU’s service to Oklahoma — from expanded agriculture research to the future of veterinary medicine.

Another Dean’s Dialogue brought industry insight to campus, this time centered around the pork industry. 🐷

Wheat plots, good conversations and a whole lot of Oklahoma agriculture 🌾
The OSU Agriculture Lahoma Wheat Field Day brought together producers, researchers, students and industry partners for conversations rooted in innovation, research and the future of Oklahoma wheat. From field tours to hands-on discussions, the day was full of exploring the latest in wheat research and production, while connecting with others across the industry.

Light the candles and toss the confetti because Extension is celebrating 112 years! 🎂🎉
On May 8, 1914, the Smith-Lever Act was signed, creating the Cooperative Extension System to connect land-grant universities with local communities through education, outreach and research-based resources. OSU Extension has continued that mission by serving Oklahomans in all 77 counties!
