For their high priority on education and service to others, four individuals have been recognized as Distinguished Alumni.

An award dating back to 1987, it honors those that become role models for this and future generations since their graduation from Stillwater Area High School.

Help our students learn essential life skills!

Volunteers are needed for the high school's upcoming Test Drive financial literacy simulation, where juniors will gain hands-on experience in budgeting, finance, and more.

The event is scheduled for November 12, from 7:40 a.m. to 12:40 p.m., and we need approximately 170 adult volunteers to make it a success! If you are able to help out, even for a small portion of the day sign up online.

Two generations of Ponies giving back to their alma mater!

Stillwater alum Julie Thole has been a district employee since 2003 and knows one of her new colleagues particularly well.

As a fellow Stillwater grad, her daughter Sadie will be teaching in the K-1 CIP classroom at Lake Elmo this fall!

The Class of 1964 recently donated $500 in memory of former band director George Regis.

The alumni were surprised to hear that Stillwater Area Public Schools is one of the few in the metro area to have band begin in elementary schools and they wanted to help support our young musicians.

An alum is designing spaces to teach in fun ways!

Creating museums and visitor centers across North America, Cathan Murray '95 helps people discover different environments. From Ely, Minn., to Arizona, Alaska, Montana, and more, Cathan's designs impact future generations of visitors by educating on topics such as wolves, space, and prairies in a fun way.

His work can be found right in Stillwater at the Washington County Historical Society's "From the Woods to the World" exhibit!
