Tuesday July 3rd: Yoga Canceled

Thursday July 5th: Day classes canceled (open for evening classes)

Spring Newsletter We teach basic yoga postures with emphasis on proper alignment. Poses flow from one to another linking breath to movement, blending balance, strength and flexibility. The class is relaxing, non-competitive, and is well suited for beginners, the older student and those who are building strength.
