A very happy 21st birthday to our former President, Brother Derek Deyarmin! Derek was the President for our chapter from November 2019-November 2020 and was a great asset, leader, and brother to all of the men within the Beta Xi chapter. Keep doing great things Derek and have a great day!
Fall 2020 gentlemen welcome to the Order.
What makes an “Order” different from a “Fraternity”? A Fraternity seeks to mold and change men into their “ideal type.” An Order brings together men who hold like-minded values and morals, allowing them to strengthen preexisting self standards.
We want to give a shout out to our Belles!
From left to right in the photo below: Kaleigh Hammond, Hailee Williams, Lacey Jaye, Bree Parkman, and Katelyn Klaus.
These woman are our biggest supporters and we couldn’t ask for a better group of ladies to represent us!
Lacey was elected by the chapter to be our Rose and recently got engaged to our brother Zach Bonham.
We can’t wait for us to be back together in the Fall!

Kappa Alpha Order - Beta Xi
The Beta Xi Chapter of Kappa Alpha Order was founded on March 16th 1920, making it the second oldest Fraternity at Oklahoma State University. The Beta Xi Chapter has Alumni in 43 states and 12 countries worldwide. We are a nationally award winning chapter, winning the coveted Samuel Z. Ammen Award for Chapter Excellence for the calendar years of 2011 and 2012! The ‘Ammen’, as it is commonly called by members of KA, is awarded to the top 10% of KA chapters that go above and beyond in philanthropy, community involvement, and grades. Beta Xi is also the home chapter of Sam Leake, one of the National Executive Councilors for KA.
Here at Beta Xi, we believe that a fraternity should always be a brotherhood first and everything else second. We hold the ideals of our motto ‘Dieu Et Les Dames’ very close to our hearts and strive to live up to those ideals on a daily basis. With this in mind, we know that we will fall sometimes, but we also know that our Brothers will be there to pick us up, and with God’s guidance, get us back on a fruitful path. We invite you to come by and visit us any time at 224 S Jefferson and see what a true Brotherhood can do for you!
