🌭🍔 Welcome Back, Stillwater Township School Staff! 🍔🌭

What better way to kick off a new school year than with a Welcome Back BBQ! ☀️

A huge thank you to Superintendent, Dr. Papa, and Principal, Mrs. Cramer, for organizing such a wonderful afternoon for staff! They provided and cooked up a delicious spread of hot dogs, hamburgers and pulled pork, while staff members brought an amazing assortment of side dishes and desserts to share. 🥗🍰

After a busy summer away, it was so nice to come back together, catch up with colleagues, enjoy a great meal, and celebrate the start of another school year. ❤️

The staff was so grateful for the thought and effort that went into making everyone feel welcomed and appreciated. Here’s to a fantastic 2026–2027 school year! 🎉📚

☀️🎨 Happy Last Day of School! 🎨☀️

As we close the chapter on another wonderful school year, we would like to wish all of our students, families, faculty, and staff a happy, safe, and relaxing summer vacation! Thank you for a year filled with learning, growth, laughter, and memories that will last a lifetime.

Today, we also celebrate a very special member of the Stillwater School family as she begins an exciting new chapter—retirement!

Mrs. Piazza has been a kind, caring, and loving teacher whose passion for art and dedication to her students have touched countless lives. Through her creativity, encouragement, and unwavering support, she has inspired generations of students and made a lasting impact on our school community. Her classroom was a place where imagination flourished, confidence grew, and every child felt valued.

While we will miss seeing her bright smile in our hallways, we are incredibly grateful for all she has given to our students and school over the years. Please join us in thanking Mrs. Piazza for her many years of service and wishing her happiness, health, and exciting adventures in retirement.

We want to invite you to attend a Special Board of Education meeting on Monday, June 29th at 6PM in the gymnasium. The purpose of the meeting is to present the report from the architects and engineers on the 1988 Building Stabilization, Repairs, and Renovation Project. Additionally, a fiscal plan will be proposed to the community by our Bond Counsel and financial advisor.

We look forward to seeing you at the meeting.

Today, our students blasted off for an unforgettable Field Day with an "Out of This World" theme! From galaxy inspired challenges to space themed games, students spent the day competing, collaborating, and making memories with their classmates.

Despite the soaring temperatures, everyone stayed cool with plenty of exciting water activities, lots of laughter, and endless school spirit. We also enjoyed one of our favorite Field Day traditions...a hot dog picnic lunch shared with friends and staff.

Congratulations to the Red Team, our overall points champions, and to the Blue Team, who earned top honors for their outstanding sportsmanship throughout the day! 🎉🏆

A huge thank you to our staff who helped make this special day possible. Your hard work ensured our students had a safe, fun-filled experience from start to finish. And thank you to our PTA for providing all staff and students field day shirts!

What a fantastic way to celebrate the end of the school year! Proving that even in the heat, Stillwater students know how to shine!

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to our local law enforcement officers for taking the time to visit our students and build meaningful connections through fun and engaging activities.

On Tuesday, members of the New Jersey State Police joined our 6th grade students for a lively game of 9 Square, and today, members of the Sussex County Sheriff’s Office spent time with our 5th grade students playing kickball.

These experiences provide much more than just an opportunity for fun. They help foster positive relationships between children and law enforcement officers. Building trust, understanding, and open communication at a young age helps strengthen our community and allows students to see the caring individuals behind the badge.

We are grateful for the continued support, partnership, and positive presence of our local law enforcement agencies. Thank you for investing your time in our students and helping create memories that will last long after the games have ended!
