Join OSU’s Writing Center for our Volunteer Information Fair on Wednesday, October 2nd from 1 to 3pm at the Stillwater Public Library!

Local nonprofit organizations will be attending to discuss volunteer opportunities in and around the Stillwater area, with a variety of causes to choose from including working with children, animals, or families in need.

Not only does volunteering help you connect with the community, meet new people, and feel good about the work that you’re doing, but it’s also great for resumes and graduate applications. If you’re looking to apply to your first job, having volunteer experience—and the skills training and references that come with it—can be a vital foot in the door.

Join the Stillwater Public Library and the Writing Center this Wednesday, April 3rd (as again on the 10th and 17th) at 6pm at the Stillwater Public Library! Ages 16 and older are invited to attend this free workshop that will cover writing projects, editing, and publishing.
