$1,500 CIE Scholarships, 32 available
The School of Entrepreneurship is again recruiting for the Creativity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship (CIE) Scholars program for the fall. This fall both an in-class section and a pure online section are being offered.
The program is open to any graduate student across campus. The class takes research being performed by OSU grad students and works to create a plan to commercialize that technology.

The Hargis Leadership Institute will be hosting SUMMIT ā an immersive, one-day leadership experience for students of all backgrounds and leadership expertise to help them evolve in their leadership capacities.
This transformative event will take place this weekend Feb. 12th 2022, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Student Union Ballroom (Room 265).
Through participating in the sessions facilitated by upperclassmen facilitators, you will work to reach your leadership peak ā your optimal level of leadership. The session content will cover identity development, relationship building, and other fundamental sources needed to reach oneās optimal level of leadership.
Coffee and lunch will be provided during the event as well!
Registration is open until February 10th at midnight. There is a 48-hour cancellation policy resulting in a $10 fine being added to your Bursar.

GRA opportunity:
Ph.D. student positions with Graduate Research Assistantship (GRA) are available immediately in the Lundberg-Kienlen Lung Biology and Toxicology Laboratory at Oklahoma State University to study host-pathogen interactions with a focus on noncoding RNAs, influenza virus, and/or SARS-CoV-2. Major techniques used in the lab include high throughput analyses (RNA-seq, proteomics, and library screen), gene knockout/down and overexpression (CRISPR/Cas9, RNA interference, and molecular cloning), gene and protein quantitation (droplet digital PCR, real-time PCR, Western blotting and immunostaining), biochemical, molecular and cellular techniques, knockout and transgenic mice and various animal models. Ph.D. students will be trained for various advanced technologies and professional career skills including presentation, networking, and grant writing. In addition to dissertation research, Ph.D. students have opportunities to collaborate with research faculty, postdoctoral fellows, and other Ph.D. students in the lab for projects involving infectious diseases, pathogenesis of lung diseases such as pulmonary fibrosis and COPD, and stem cell therapy and human lung tissue modeling. The candidates who are interested in joining a dynamic, collaborative, and interdisciplinary research group and who are responsible, dedicated, self-motivated, and hard-working are encouraged to apply.
