Bangladesh Student Association - Oklahoma State University at Oklahoma State University believes that the nation needs to carefully navigate towards a peaceful Bangladesh.

Although democracy has triumphed with the resignation of Sheikh Hasina, now it is important to uphold PEACE, ORDER AND COMMUNAL HARMONY. To protect our SOVEREIGNTY, we Bangladeshis need to step up and take responsibility to uphold these values.

Statement from the Bangladeshi students at OSU regarding the ongoing situation in our home country, Bangladesh.

The statement reflects the views of the Bangladeshi student community here. It does not necessarily represent the views of Oklahoma State University.

We, the Bangladeshi Students at Oklahoma State University, are expressing solidarity with the ongoing student movement for quota reform in Bangladesh.

We believe that the justified demands of the whole country are reflected in this student movement. Unfortunately, the peaceful protests have been met with terrible violence. Many brothers have laid down their lives already. May their souls rest in peace. Your sacrifice will not go in vain.

We condemn the violence against students and urge that the demands be fulfilled immediately.

Eid Mubarak. May Allah accept our sacrifices and good deeds. May Allah purify our souls, bless us and grant us our wishes.

Before the final week begins, let’s look back at the BSA Iftar and Spring Orientation Potluck 2024. It was a special event where the entire community came together to share in the Iftar and dinner, celebrating as one.

During this gathering, awards were presented for achievements in the BSA Indoor Cricket Tournament and the BSA Ladies' Sequence Fest. Additionally, appreciation gifts were given to the chefs who played crucial roles in the success of the iSO International Bazaar and iSO International Expo.

Hello everyone!
