Week one of summer art camp 2026 in the books and what a GREAT group of young artists! Our 6-10 year old campers kicked it off with their attention on LINE and RHYTHM, looking towards artists like and for inspiration. Our older campers explored the medium of clay, hand building beautiful pieces inspired by the sea and trying their hand(s) at throwing on wheel. Creativity and comradery were on full display! Can’t wait to see what comes next!

Here's what's included:
— Rhinestone basics: terms, tools & materials
— How to apply both heat-set AND glue-on stones
— Bring a cloth item from home to bedazzle, OR work on a provided zipper pouch

Join the Early Childhood Coalition on June 11, 10 a.m.-12 p.m., at Chris Salmon Plaza (9th & Main), for the launch of “Let’s Play Stillwater!” Everyone is invited to explore Downtown, follow QR codes, and discover FREE play activities at five different locations in the area. It’s a fun way to get moving, learn, and connect with the community!

This summer, join instructor Alyssa Couturier — costume designer, MFA, and assistant professor at Oklahoma City University — for a four-day hand sewing workshop built for total beginners ages 11–14.

✨ Learn to loom! Join us Saturday, May 30th for a beginner bead weaving class with the incredibly talented Courtney Lynn Kelly. You'll use a loom, thread, and iridescent seed beads to create a stunning bracelet with leather ends and a silver button closure — and walk away with skills (and bling) to show for it. Fair warning: this class is all about the tiny details, so bring your patience and your best close-up vision 🔍 Spots are limited!
