We are a little biased, but we are pretty certain we have the best administrative duo in the district (or the world)!
Next up for National Principals Month - Sangre Ridge!
“This is my 10th year as an Administrator. Before earning my masters, and moving into a position of principal I taught in the classroom for 15 years. As an administrator, I never want to forget what it means to be in the classroom and interact with students each day. Being a principal allows me to impact every child by making sure each child has the opportunity to learn, and grow to reach their full potential. Being present and building relationships with the students and staff as well as celebrating their successes is the most important and rewarding part of my role as an administrator.”
-Cami Patzkowski, Principal
“The quote that is currently on my wall is, "Every Student. Every Day. Whatever it Takes" by Jimmy Casas. This quote helps remind me how important it is to reach all learners. I truly believe in the power of knowing every student and every need in our building. This is my 8th year as an assistant principal!”
-Brandi Green, Assistant Principal
Thank you Katy Baker for providing the craft (and also a game) for Mrs. Vaughn’s class party. The students had so much fun making their pumpkins and then playing Halloween bingo.

Libby is second grades kindness winner this week. Libby will see a classmate in need and offer to help them. She is kind and sweet to everyone. Congratulations, Libby.
Second grade requires a lot of resiliency. Students learn so many standards and even when something is difficult you have to keep trying. Levon, Kaycn, Henrik, and Khloe have shown that they got what it takes to keep climbing this second grade mountain.

Who wants to volunteer to help with the book fair this week????
Our book fair starts tomorrow and we are still needing a few spots filled for help! If you can help work a shift, consider signing up! It is so much fun helping the kids shop and seeing how excited they are about books!
Ewallet is the perfect way to send money with your child to shop next week. Especially because only parent volunteers working the book fair are allowed to come in during school hours.
