5•22•26 marked our last day of school and the last day students will ever walk these halls. Our 5th graders proudly picked up the younger grades, and together we took one final lap through the building as one school family. We celebrated all of the things that made this place so special.
Goodbye, old building. We’ll carry these memories with us as we begin a new chapter. 🏫✨

The Pony Girls Golf Team are section champs! They will compete for the state title at Bunker Hills Golf Course on June 9.

Congrats to the Synchronized Swimming Team! They won the Minnesota State title - for the sixth consecutive time! They dominated at state - winning by an 89 point margin. Additionally, all 22 of their routines that qualified for state placed/podiumed to earn these points. Way to go Ponies Synchro! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

150 Years of Grads: Resilience, Renewal, Reflection
We wrap up our campaign looking at the current decade. The 2020s brought sweeping shifts to standard high school routines, but our students, faculty, and families adapted with steady determination, defining a new era of Pony Pride.
Global Pandemic: The decade opened with historic changes to daily school life caused by COVID-19. The Stillwater Area High School community quickly adjusted to remote learning from home, followed by a return to the building with hybrid schedules.
Celebrating Our Community: Student-led organizations took center stage this decade to foster connection and mutual respect. Groups like the TRUST Club, Black Student Union (BSU), and South Asian Student Association (SASA) launched building-wide unity campaigns. And the annual SAHS Multicultural Show transformed into a massive highlight celebrating our diverse student body.
Athletic Excellence: The decade has been highlighted by a legendary Synchronized Swimming 4-peat (2021–2024), a Mountain Bike state title 3-peat (2021–2023), a Baseball Class AAAA State Title (2022), and a spectacular Boys Hockey State Runner-Up finish (2025)!
Expanding Opportunities: Pony Pride grew even larger with more opportunities for student involvement. The 2020s officially welcomed Boys Volleyball and Girls Flag Football to the sports lineup.
