We offer free evening events with dinner and time to network with other area teachers.

Our organization is part of a national network of Math Teachers' Circles designed to facilitate collaboration and mathematical exploration among teachers of all levels!

Join us on Monday, Sept. 19, from 5:30 - 8:00 pm for our first Math Teachers' Circle event of the year! At our MTC events, we enjoy a complimentary dinner, explore fun mathematical questions that are accessible to everyone, and network with other teachers from around our area. Anyone who considers themselves a teacher of mathematics (pre-K through college, including homeschool teachers) is welcome!

At this September meeting, we will learn about game theory and investigate a variation of tic-tac-toe. Some lucky attendees will be able to bring home a board game for their class.

Dinner starts at 5:30 and the math activities will begin around 6:00. The meeting will take place in MSCS 115 (the math sciences building on the OK State campus). We hope to see you there! Please RSVP at https://forms.gle/2KGSpD9w6BxcqEnBA

We had so much fun last month exploring the mathematics of the game SET. Join us next month on February 10, 5:30-8:00, as we learn about cryptography! Dr. Paul Fili will lead us as we investigate the mathematics of making and breaking secret codes. As always, the event is free, and we will provide dinner.
