Congratulations to Haskell County 4-H member Kade Pugh! State Speech Contest (Intermediate Illustrated presentation). Kade competed at the Oklahoma 4-H State Round-Up. He will walk across the stage and be presented his award Friday Morning. Live stream link in the comments.

Thank you to our amazing Haskell County OHCE ladies for teaching the 4-H’ers today. Each kid made a custom apron and book marks. These ladies pour their heart and skills into these kids and I can’t say Thank You enough.

Oh what a special donation! Haskell County OHCE members stopped by to set up for Sew-Fun this morning and donated this basket! A pillow on a white background with the Four H pattern in green print fabric, a Christmas stocking made with blue jean material and two clover motif fabrics, a green 4-H bear, a copy of the pattern for the Four H for a pillow or quilt (from May 4, 1932 newspaper), a book "The 4-H Story, The History of 4-H Club Work" printed in 1951, and a framed 4-H postage stamp on a post card stamped on the first day of issue. The stamp was introduced to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the founding of 4-H Club.
We have copies of the quilt pattern, stop by the Haskell Co. OSU Extension Service office for yours.
The items will be displayed in the office if you would like to take a close up look! The basket was a silent auction item at the OHCE State Conference held in OKC this week.
We appreciate these items so much and thank the OHCE members for the donation.
