HIRING: Childcare Helper – Miranda’s Little Heroes Childcare
Do you love playing and dancing to kids’ music, helping with crafts, reading stories, and keeping up with busy little kids? We’re looking for a fun, upbeat, high-energy helper to join our licensed in-home childcare program.
This is a hands-on, active role. You’ll be right in the middle of playtime, activities, snacks, and routines — this is not a sit-and-watch position. The kids need someone who brings positive energy, patience, and consistency every day.
Schedule
• 2–4 hours per day
• 3–5 days per week
• Approximately 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (flexible start time)
Great fit for someone who:
• Loves being active and engaged with kids
• Is reliable and shows up ready to jump in
• Wants real, hands-on childcare experience — not just observing
Pay
• Around $15- $20/hour
• 1099 independent contractor position
Requirements
• Background check
• CPR & First Aid certification (can be completed if needed)
• Comfortable working with children from diverse families and cultures
• Willing to complete required Minnesota childcare trainings (guidance and support provided)
