Summer is ending, but that means marching band season is almost upon us! The Maryland Marching Band Association is excited to return for our seventh season of bringing you the best marching band competitions in Maryland, ending with State Championships at Towson University on November 7.

If you're new here, make sure you're following us on Facebook and Instagram. Same username on both: . Share this post with your band friends to spread the word. You'll want to check here throughout the season for updates, photos, and scores.

You'll also want to bookmark our website, mdmarchingband.org. On the SCHEDULE tab is our season schedule. As we get within a week or so of the competition, those links will become clickable to see the schedule for each individual show. The SCORES page will show you the latest scores from each competition, which are usually posted as soon as drum majors are dismissed from awards.

The Kent Island HS Marching Buccaneers had the honor of performing the National Anthem at the Delmarva Shorebirds game! This was their first public performance of the 2026 season and the first time our ensemble performed at a minor league game ⚾️🎵
