My husband surprised me with flowers today to celebrate the start of Year 3️⃣ of Beyond Words and my first year as Executive Director. 💐

Three years ago, Beyond Words began with a vision-a small summer academic camp that grew into a homeschool support community I could have only dreamed of.

What started with just 6 learners in our first school year has grown into a thriving community, with so many special learners and families becoming part of the Beyond Words story.

There is so much history, heart, and hard work behind this little community. I’m humbled by how much it has grown and by the incredible people who have poured into it along the way. 💛

I’m especially thankful for my husband, Jay, who has been beside me through every step of this journey. 🥰

Here’s to Year 3️⃣ and all that’s ahead! 🎉

Thank you to The Edge for planning a fun field day for our kids!!! And always a big thank you for the amazing space for our homeschool support services. Year 2 is a wrap! We had a wonderful last learning celebration complete with a talent show and readers theater. It’s a great day to win the day! 👏🏻
