Often when we sat down to restaurants in China we were offered a fork along with our chopsticks. Most of the time we would start with chopsticks, and then out of hunger or desperation, we would end up with forks at the end. What about you?

Years ago I had the opportunity to visit The Great Wall of China. I had studied carefully the Lonely Planet book and knew the tricks and tips. One of which was, The Wall is not a "walk" it is a "climb." I fell in love when I heard this proverb "Every step makes a footprint." Let that sit for a minute. Our choices today leave an imprint for tomorrow. Life is not a "walk", it is a "climb," an oh-so-beautiful climb that strengthens us and forms us.
