I love when the Equinoxes come around & I get to geek out on balancing energy of yin & yang. So much of our mental, emotional & physical health depends on the concept of BOTH/AND. Our buckets are filled when are minds engage in BOTH something meaningfully productive & creative AND are given space to wander in rest & mediation. Our emotional state can benefit from BOTH time to ourselves in our own space AND in interaction with others in our support system & those we are developing relationships with. Our physical body needs BOTH movement & mobility AND deep rest. And sometimes our needs shift toward one spectrum or the other & that ok!

Grateful to call in the Equinox this week & hold space for others to do the same within a practice space.

2nd Annual Fam Festival 3 days of jams, festie friends, sugary snacks, fried foods, a little rain, some late nights & a surprise dead battery leaving night 3 that ended in some kind strangers. Grateful for it all!
