Hi all, this past weekend was the Little Plover River shocking event. The weather gave us our first taste of winter on the first day as it snowed/sleeted most of the afternoon which made working up fish difficult but all in all was a great time. We got many brook trout including some very pretty ones.

Hi All! Hope everyone had a great summer! Tomorrow, 9/15, will be our first meeting or the school. We will be doing officer introductions, talking about the upcoming plans for the year, and playing some games. Hope to see everyone there!!

Tonight, we will be having officer elections for the upcoming school year, so be sure to come and vote! Also, the sturgeon spawn will be coming sometime soon so keep on the lookout for more information. We’ll update everyone as soon as we get some!

Tonight, Kyle Woolever will join us to discuss Superior Fresh located in northern Wisconsin. He will be discussing aquaculture and aquaponics, and is a graduate from Stevens Point.

Also, the sturgeon spawn will be happening soon, so be sure to stay up to date on information regarding the spawn for some cool opportunities! Hope to see everyone there!
