USPF High School Powerlifting Nationals

USPF High School Powerlifting Nationals Open to all USPF Registered athletes, 13 years of age and over, with a valid USPF card. Cards may be purchased day of competition ($15.00) NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

High School Nationals - Team Texas vs. Team USA (no entry fee for this division) Ohio State High School Powerlifting Championship - OVP Powerlifting (closed to OVAC Schools)

Rules briefing will be between 8:00 - 9:00 AM Saturday, May 7th, 2011

All Weight Classes will lift Saturday with lifting starting at 10:00 AM
Weigh-Ins will be at the Steubenville High School, all weigh

t classes will weigh-in on Friday May 6th, 2011 from 6:00 - 7:30 PM

AWARDS: 1st - 5th in each weight class - Participation certificates for all
Best Lifter - Open Light & Heavyweight classes

Deadline Entries must be POST MARKED no later than Wednesday, May 4th, 2011; otherwise they will not be accepted. Payment All entries are to be made payable to: Nick Busick - 410 Brestle Lane, Weirton WV 26062
