The Gathering Center The Gathering Center is a retreat center with experiential spiritual programs of evolutionary 21st century practices in the woods of Maine.

The Center, located on a secluded 40 acre former farm property, also hosts concerts, films, family reunions, and special projects. The property has four permanent structures: the Gathering Center, the Elliptical house, the Apartment, and the Pop House Cottage. A seasonal structure and a portable structure are also available for special occasions. Located in a valley only nine miles from Interstate

95, but on the opposite side of a ridge, the Center will place you back in nature’s quieter realms where you might be able to hear the stars in the night sky, now freed from the reflection of city lights. Walk mowed paths on 25 acres of natural field, being watchful of the wild turkeys, deer, and other animals as they search out their daily food. Or sit beside the bubbling stream that meanders across the property and just be.
