📚 SAVE THE DATE! Literacy Nights are coming! ✏️📖

We are excited to invite our Panther families to join us for an evening all about helping our students become stronger, more confident readers!

We’ll break down some of the tools and programs your child uses at school, including iReady Reading, Accelerated Reader, DIBELS, and Guide Books. Our goal is to help parents better understand what these programs mean, what we’re looking for as students grow, and most importantly, how you can support that growth at home! ❤️

Our future is looking BRIGHT at Sterlington Elementary! 😎✨

A huge thank you to Dave’s Harde Mart for donating these fun shirts for our entire faculty and staff, and to Acadian Life for printing them and making us look so good!

We are beyond grateful for community partners who love and support our school family. Our teachers are ready for a bright year with the coolest kids around!

Mrs. Gallup’s and Mrs. Carmichael’s classes read the book “Our Class is a Family”. They learned that the people you live with aren’t just your family. The people they spend most of their time with, lean on, and work together with are also your family. They got classroom friendship bracelets to serve as a reminder that they are all a family.

We truly have the BEST parents around, and our PTO is nothing short of amazing! 🖤💙

From making sure our school was ready to welcome our little Panthers to stocking the teachers’ snack room for those much-needed pick-me-ups, they have already gone above and beyond!

🐾 🐾 We’re LEVELING UP all around Sterlington Elementary!

You may notice several new signs and decals around campus designed to make arrival, dismissal, and navigating our school as smooth and simple as possible.

A huge thank-you to Acadian Life Promotions for printing all of our new signs and decals—we appreciate you helping us get Panther Country ready for another great year!

And a HUGE thank-you to Thomas Curlings for taking the time to put up all of our new signs! We appreciate you more than you know!

⭐ Click on Conduct.
⭐ The teacher listed under Conduct is your child’s homeroom teacher.

Download the OnCourse Connect app.
Enter the email address associated with your parent account.
Click “Forgot Password.”
Create a new password and log in.

If your family is brand new to SES and you don’t yet have an OnCourse account, don’t worry! You’ll be able to find your child’s class on Meet the Teacher Day, where class lists will be posted, and we’ll be happy to help you get connected.
