Announcement for registration: Please be prepared to pay fees this day. Also, please be aware that we are only accepting payment for fall sports this day (volleyball, cross country, and football). We cannot accept payment for fall, winter, and spring sports all on one check. Payment for other sports will be collected as the year progresses. Thank you for understanding!

Sports costs are $35 per student, per sport. Please bring your students current physical paperwork so we can update our records. If they do not have a current physical or their physical is expired, they will need a new one before they can start practicing.

We can’t wait to see you all there!

Sterling Middle School won all 4 quarters for the RE-1 Valley district attendance award! What a huge accomplishment this was! Our final reward for the school year was a Kona Ice truck at our school yesterday. Every single kid and staff member got a free shaved ice! Thank you so much to Cindy Reyes and Risa Lamorie for arranging such an amazing day! Attendance matters! 🍧

📍Important information from SMS:
- Monday, May 18th is a school day!
- Wednesday, May 20th is 8th grade continuation at the SHS Wally Post gymnasium. It starts at 7 pm. 8th grade students need to be there no later than 6:30 pm. This will be the last day of school for 8th grade students. They will not attend SMS on Thursday, May 21st.
- Thursday, May 21st, 6th and 7th grade students will attend school. This is their last day and they will be dismissed at 11:30.
- School resumes August 17th.

We have enjoyed having your students at SMS this year and we hope you have a fantastic summer break! ☀️
