Sauk Valley Jiu-Jitsu Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art that is designed for self-defense, sport, hobby, and/or exercise for all ages and abilities.

️ 🤼‍♂️🥋🤼‍♀️ 🌟 At SVJJ, our focus is to spread 🌟
our knowledge of Jiu Jitsu
with the Sauk Valley area.
⬜️🟦🟪🟫⬛ BJJ focuses on using technique and knowledge to control your opponent/aggressor in any situation no matter how big or strong they may be. Having a martial art where the little guy can beat the big guy, or a woman can beat a man, is beneficial in today's world. Learning how to protect yourself and how to control a potentially dangerous situation is one of the best tools you can have. On top of self-defense, BJJ is an easy way to get in shape, stay healthy, and make new friends. So please, don't wait any longer, give us a call today to start your free week trial!

Day 3 is done! That's a wrap for 2026 Master's Worlds!

Kayla did a phenomenal job displaying her game but ended up down by two points at the end of the match.

We are so proud of all of our students testing themselves at the highest level! This was our largest amount of competitors to make it out to Master's Worlds/Jiu-Jitsu Con. Already looking forward to the next one!
