Northern Illinois District President Buss visited today and led Chapel for our first day of school. After school, he, the pastors, and the staff posed for the annual back to school photo.

Tomorrow’s our first full day~we have four preschool openings and plenty of desks in Kindergarten-8th grade! We have before and after school care and can cover many working parents’ hours (7-5:30). Most importantly, we teach that earth is temporary but eternal life is promised because of the saving grace of our Lord Jesus. While we were still sinners, He died for us. Amen!

Thanks to all who came to our Back to School Night! It was great to catch up with families, see new faces, and eat yummy food! Special thanks to The BlueSy Box & Main Squeeze for the eats and Signed in Glitter for our banner. What a fun time! Unfortunately Paula’s Comfort Food is unable to attend (praying for you, Paula!), but the Bluesy Box will be ready to fill you up tonight! Get your favorite lemonade at Main Squeeze to go with your main course and top it off with a sweet treat from J & M’s!
