Public Forum on Economic Development
Saturday, March 9, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. - 1835 Town Hall (31 Main Street)

The Town’s zoning for economic development is limited and outdated. Please attend the forum and tell us what you want for new economic development in Sterling.

The following topics will be discussed:

The importance of economic development.
The tax benefits of economic development.
The impact of economic development on your tax bills.
What the Town allows for economic development and what other towns allow.
Is the Town’s Performance Zone right for economic development?
What do you want to see for new economic development?

Good morning Princeton,

Redemption Rock Trail North (RTE. 140) will be closed for paving from the Sterling town line to Fitchburg Road (RTE 31) for the day. All motorists are to follow the RTE 140 posted detour. Gleason Road will be closed on the Main Street end while paving is conducted.

We have 2020 Sterling Fair Shirts and Buttons for sale at the Sterling Farmer's market now until September. The market is every Friday from 3-6:30 pm in Sterling Town Common. Shirts are $16 and buttons are $3. Come and support the Fair!

Some quick info on our vitural fair. We will be taking art submission is August 27th - September 10th through our website. Each submission will require a online form to be filled out and up to two photos of the art work can be attached. The categories are all listed on our Virutal Fair website which we will continuously be updating.. We can't wait to see what the kids come up with!
