NextGen HVAC Academy is a new trade school in Sterling, VA that uses classroom and hands-on training approach to teach the next generation of HVAC technicians.

We have a special 12 Week "Field-Ready" program hat develops profficient technicians quickly.

NextGen is offering a 3 Day Heat Pump Course unlike any you have attended. 3 Days of training that includes hands on lab time that starts with the sales process, through to install and ends with diagnostics. Its geared for Sales, Install AND Service..... its time we work as a team!!

NextGen is offering a 2 day Recovery, Evacuation and Lineset Flushing Training on Oct 6th-7th. We teach the science, the sequence and then practice hands on!! No other class like this around in the area!

Mark your calendars, October 9th we will have Ty Nelson at our school for our Combustion and Heat Exchanger Training!! Ty will teach combustion in the morning and I will be covering heat exchanger inspections in the afternoon. Lots of hands on time in the lab! If you have a combustion analyzer, bring it with you! Customer bought 9 new Sauermann SICA30 analyzers from TruTech and today was day one of training for implementing them. Another group tomorrow….. NextGen is rocking it out!

Day 3 is a wrap!!! It was a great week with great folks!! Special thanks to Advantage Air, Airtron, Appleton Campbell, Casteel HVAC, RA Dobson and Techstar Mechanical for being a part of our NextGen kick off training!!

The “inaugural crew”….. the first techs to attend an official class at NextGen!!!! What a great group, it was a great day for sure!! Thanks to all the encouragement, messages and prayers from everyone to help get us to here!!! We appreciate every kind word, deed and donation!!

Well, it’s the “calm” before the fun chaos begins!! Lab is as ready as it can be…. We have our A2L corner, our temperature compensated test station that will also end up as an evacuation station, our Infinity inverter system, ductless split, and more…. All ready for the big kick off tomorrow!! We exceeded our attendance goal and are stoked!! Say a prayer and wish us luck!!!
