Happy New Year!

We’re dreaming big for this next season. Dreaming big means thinking beyond immediate goals to what’s possible for future generations. It challenges us to look beyond what we can accomplish on our own, within our lifetime, and instead focus on the lasting impact we can create together.

If you’re going to dream big, you have to think long-term—beyond yourself, to the third and fourth generations. If you can accomplish your dreams alone, within your lifetime, you’re dreaming too small.

Plus, a lack of leadership in our own lives will limit our ability to dream higher for yourself, and those around you —not just for ourselves, but for our families, teams, and communities. When we set the bar higher, we rise higher and achieve what we once thought impossible.

We had an incredibly impactful workshop at the Art Suave DreamRoot Training Center led by Michelle Hamilton, an education specialist from the US, who shared invaluable tools and insights on supporting children’s growth—especially for autistic children and others with diverse learning needs. Parents, coaches, and community members from across two states in Brazil left with a renewed sense of hope, feeling understood and not alone, and with a clearer path forward.

One highlight was the pencil grippers, which help kids develop motor skills for writing—breaking the misconception that cognitive limitations prevent them from learning to write. Thank you, Doug and Michelle, for pouring into these communities and investing in a brighter future for generations to come!
