Here’s a glimpse of one of the activities in yesterday’s training. Special thanks to VIP guest Barbara for joining and leading us in balloon animals! 🎈

Learning is most effective when it’s engaging. Play unlocks creativity, strengthens memory, and fosters psychological safety; building trust while lowering stress.

When people laugh, create, solve problems together, and step outside their usual routines, they’re more open to new ideas, deeper conversations, and lasting transformation.

That’s why we incorporate fun, interactive activities into our training sessions. It is something special to see teams connect, collaborate, and fully engage in the learning process during these workshops.

We are celebrating 7 years of DreamRoot Leadership Institute! These years represent a deeply rewarding journey of growth as we’ve walked alongside 300+ local leaders across 25 countries, impacting thousands of students and community members.

Students are graduating, social projects are becoming viable businesses, violence in reducing, leadership teams are gaining the skills to operate with excellence on what truly moves the needle, and vital infrastructure is being built to transform entire communities. This is just a glimpse of the incredible impact we’ve witnessed through this work.

We are deeply grateful for every partner, volunteer, local leader, and friend who has been part of this journey.

Thank you for believing in this mission and making a lasting impact alongside us.
