PROM UMBRELLA & FLAG FUNDRAISER UPDATE:

We were just notified that the 3x5 flags are scheduled to ship on 6/1. We apologize for any inconvenience this delay has caused. There was supply issues with the vendor which caused the delay. We will contact everyone who ordered when they arrive!

The tumblers, umbrellas, and garden flags are all available for pickup in the SHS parent center (Door 1).

Prom T-shirts are ready for pickup!!! If you ordered a prom t-shirt you can pick up at JJM PRINTING until Thursday May 5th @ 4pm. If you are not able to pick up your t-shirt will be at bag check on Friday May 6th!!!

Reminder…. If you are wanting to purchase a Prom T-shirt the deadline is Sunday April 17th. Shirts are $6.00. You can either pick up from JJM Printing when finished or pick up at bag check. No orders will be taken after that date. The link is listed below….

Parents, we are in desperate need of people to sign up for post prom. Prom is just over 3 weeks away, and there are almost 40 spots to be filled. We would like to know how many volunteers we have sooner rather than later, so we can plan a way to scale back post-prom to maintain a safe environment. We appreciate your help!

Umbrellas and tumblers will be available for pick up in the parent center after 10:00 AM on Tuesday April 12th. There are vendor issues with the flags and an update will be available soon. Thank you for supporting SHS prom!

We have 4 extra tumblers available in the parent center on a first come first serve basis for $25 each!

Prom tickets will be on sale Wednesday, April 6 from 5-7pm in the SHS Commons and Thursday, April 7 during lunch hours. Cash and checks payable to Sterling High School.

We are looking for volunteers of the junior class (parents & students) to help with selling 50/50 raffle tickets at Monday’s game for 2A Super Sectional game. Still looking for 3 more volunteers! Please contact Merissa Hernandez @ (815)441-8168.
