Ran a Zoom only class today, as rain loomed over the area. So it was a discussion of power and how to develop it. Having techniques to defend yourself is good, but not having the power to drive or drop your opponent is not good. So today's training and discussion/demonstration focused on the development through exercise and technique. Hope everyone had a great day today.

Tonight was a fun and exhausting night of training in Dragon Pole movements and techniques. Good work done by everyone.

Had another fun night working on various wing chun movements at Dodge Park. Any of you guys happen to see us training, come by and ask questions. We are happy to talk about the art. Next class is Saturday morning at 10am in Dodge Park.

Will be teaching at Dodge Park and online zoom class tonight. Hoping to delve deeper into the basics and why things work the way they do.

Finished another class session at Dodge Park in Sterling Heights. Had fun working on drills and the purpose behind the movements.
