Our first graders had a “s’more fun than we could have imagined!” during our camping-themed classroom day! The classroom was full of excitement as students explored engaging, hands-on activities that brought learning to life. In literacy, they practiced reading, writing, and storytelling while sharing ideas and building their imaginations. During math, students worked through fun, interactive problems that had them thinking, counting, and problem-solving together. Laughter, creativity, and teamwork were everywhere you looked—making it a day packed with learning, smiles, and unforgettable memories!

Mr. Cummins along with the 6th grade band and choir put on a wonderful show for their final concert of 2025-2026. It was a night filled with beautiful voices and wonderful music.

Our final 3-to-Be Assembly of the 2025-2026 school year! It was a great way to celebrate all of our amazing students. We also were able to honor all of our leadership teams at DeKeyser! Our final tradition of the assembly is to honor the 6th grade students. They all stand to be recognized for their many years at our school. The final picture shows the students who have been at our school the longest. These students started as 3year olds with Ms. O”Keene! ❤️

As she retires this year, she leaves behind an amazing legacy of love, leadership, and service that will continue to be felt at DeKeyser for years to come.
