I had some of my best experiences teaching all of you. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better students. I may have been the teacher, but what I learned from all of you was immeasurable. Without a doubt you will be in my heart for the rest of my life.

Family Flow is back! Join us at a new day and time to warm up for martial arts in a fun, dynamic class! Saturday Morning Flow is also moving back to 10:00.

Join us this Friday and Saturday! We'll play with headstand on Friday, Yogi Flight style, and then take Saturday morning nice and easy as we say goodbye to the month of May.
