Hey everyone! I’m Paula. I’ll be a sophomore this year, and I’m on the varsity flat team. I’ve been riding for about nine years, and horses have always been a huge part of my life. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to be on the team and to be surrounded by girls who share the same passion. I’m really excited for everything this season has in store and all of the opportunities that come with being part of the team. Outside of school, I enjoy riding and working with spicy Arabians back home in Tomball, Texas—they definitely keep me on my toes! I’m excited to see what this season has in store.

Hi ya’ll, I’m Maddy! I have been riding with the team for the last 2 years. One thing I love about this team is the opportunity to ride so many different types of horses. Adapting to different horses has really strengthened my skills and made me a better rider. It has been such a job these last two years working with this team and I can’t wait to see what the next year brings.

Howdy everyone! I’m MaKayla, an upcoming sophomore on the JV Western team! I rode for a few years before COVID, but after losing my coach, I wasn’t able to get back into riding until I came to Tarleton and found this amazing team. Over the past year, I’ve loved growing as a rider while balancing my time between the Equestrian Team and the Corps of Cadets. This team has given me so many great experiences, and I’m so excited to continue learning, making memories, making something of myself and growing alongside such an incredible group of girls.

Hello!! I’m Jaelyn, a freshman on the JV Hunt Flat Seat team! For almost six years, riding has been my passion, and being here in college is a dream come true.
