Transfer of Entitlement (TOE) is a Department of Defense program. What should you know?

Eligibility includes:
• Be a member of Armed Forces, including National Oceanic Atmospheric Association or Public Health Service
AND
• Completed 6 years of service
• Agree to serve four additional years in service
• Enroll in the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System

NOTE - Only the Secretaries of Defense, Army, Navy, Air Force or Homeland Security can authorize transfer of entitlement for benefits

A record 220 cadets make up the Texan Corps of Cadets at Tarleton State University this fall, including a record 103 first-year cadets.

The Corps dates to 1917 and is open to students in any major, with tracks for both military commissioning and civilian leadership. Fourteen cadets commissioned in May: tx.ag/Tarleton090126
