I’m putting all my online efforts into my main page now, so this one won’t have any new content.
I teach online 1:1 private sessions & some Zoom classes.
I teach in person in studios & gyms anywhere, as well as private sessions if geography allows us to be in the same place.

Ya know that adage “we bend so we don’t break” -
Yea that’s a load of b.s. We break all the time - from our emotions to our bones, we break things.
Fortunately we are also capable of healing - from our hearts to our humerus bone, we mend.
We are pliable, adaptable, and hopefully resilient - that doesn’t mean we’re made of taffy & can just pull apart without consequences. 🍬 Create a distinction between pain and sensation - if it’s feeling, lean in, try it out. If it’s pain, take a step back, reassess, change things up.
