Tiny Homes are done! We would like to open up our tiny homes for those interested in seeing one of these fantastic units.
We will be doing open houses on weekends during the month of March 2022.

We have three sold...renting the other to local city bus drivers seasonal workers.

We are making progress! Cabinets, flooring and electrical are in. The siding is done and foundations have been poured!

The gazebo is up and now has a roof on it. This will house the pump and electrical for all 6 tiny homes. It also will have storage for a washer and dryer and possibly a snowblower!

Ok foundations done, floor joist on, going vertical on Monday. Should have the first two structures up by Friday. Very exciting

Our wells, 280' and 300'. Waaayyyyyy below any other well in the entire town of Milner.
Also dropped the 2400 gal storage tank.
Pouring concrete foundations next week.
