Dear Parents and Guardians,

This is a reminder that students entering Preschool, Kindergarten, Sixth Grade, Ninth Grade, and Twelfth Grade must have their medical requirements up to date and on file in order to remain in attendance in school.

The deadline to provide required documentation is TWO WEEKS AWAY - October 15, 2026.

Students who do not have the required immunizations or documentation on file by this date may not be permitted to remain in school until the requirements are met.

If your child has already completed the medical requirements and submitted documentation to the school, no further action is needed. You can send via email to [email protected] and [email protected], or turn paper documents into the main offices.

If you have questions about your child's medical requirements, please contact the health office as soon as possible.

Thank you for your prompt attention and cooperation in helping us maintain a healthy and safe school environment for all students.
