We are waiting for new Hudl cameras to arrive for our indoor and outdoor sports and hope to have them up and running soon. We will then be able to stream both home and away games as long as there is internet access. We hope this addition, along with several others we are making, will enhance the fan experience and create some fun and hype for our athletes.

Reminder that tomorrow, Seniors are able to come see Mrs. Cearlock to update or fix their 26-27 student schedules. Location change: students need to enter at the main entrance, same as last year by old library and meet in Mr. Kolesar's room (Dr.Ed. room). From 10am-3pm!

SENIORS: Parking passes will be available for purchase ($25) beginning Thursday, August 27th at 9:00 a.m. We will sell Senior parking passes until Friday at 2:00 p.m.

On Monday, parking passes will be available for JUNIOR to purchase beginning at 9:00 a.m.

Parking is on a first come first serve basis. Please come to the library in the high school to purchase your pass. You can only purchase YOUR pass and must sign your own parking permit agreement. Please bring exact cash or check. NO CREDIT CARDS.

🌟 Meet Patty Hernandez 🌟

Please join us in welcoming Patty Hernandez to Staunton High School as our new Special Education Teacher!

Ms. Hernandez is a graduate of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and brings an incredible 31 years of experience in education and special education to our district.

She shared:

“After 31 years in special education, I'm excited to begin this new chapter in a new district. I'm looking forward to building positive relationships with my students, their families, and my colleagues while learning the unique culture of the school. Every new school year brings fresh opportunities to make a difference, and I'm eager to collaborate with my team, share my experience, and continue learning new strategies that will help my students grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Most of all, I'm looking forward to creating a supportive classroom where every student feels valued, capable, and successful.”

The 2026–2027 school year is almost here, and that means Bulldog sports are getting ready to begin!

We’re excited to bring Staunton athletics to families and fans wherever they are through Hudl live broadcasts.

REMINDER: 2025-2026 Yearbook distribution is tonight from 5:00 to 7:00 at the community room doors. If you did not order a yearbook, Mrs. Wright has some extras available for purchase. The cost is $75 and must be paid as exact cash amount. First come, first serve. If you are unable to make it tonight for pick up, yearbooks will also be distributed once school starts. If you have any questions, contact Mrs. Wright at [email protected]. Please do not call the office because they will not be handling yearbook distribution.
