If your Kids are back to school and having trouble finding new friends. Give them the confidence they need ! Jiu Jitsu is a great way for kids to learn self defense and gain confidence in themselves. We offer kids 6-10 and 11-16 ages groups ! We offer a Week free to try the class , come give it a try !!! We are located at 708 D Street in Staunton Va.

August is Guard month for Jiu Jitsu, Boxing is going strong. People putting in great work. Keep it up. If you are interested in trying something new or always wanted to try martial arts and didn’t know where to start . TDMA offers beginner to advanced classes. Kids to Adults classes. As always we offer a Free week to try out the classes .

Total Defense Martial Arts has openings in both of our kids Jiu Jitsu classes . We teach mostly self-defense then sport in our 6-10 year old class. 10-16 it’s a 50/50 mix. If your child/ grandchild wants to try a new sport while learning self defense, It’s a great time to get in. As always we offer a week Free to try out the class before signing up.
