What a special afternoon celebrating an incredible school year and honoring two truly remarkable educators, Teresa Shook and Kevin Brown. ❤️
Between the successes we celebrated this year and the opportunity to recognize two careers filled with dedication, service, and heart, today was a reminder of just how blessed we are to be part of such a strong community school family.
Mrs. Shook and Mr. Brown  have devoted so much of their lives to serving children, supporting families, and being wonderful colleagues and friends. Their impact reaches far beyond classrooms and hallways- it lives in the countless students they encouraged, the coworkers they supported, and the community they helped build.
Now it is finally their time to enjoy the life they spent so many years helping others create. We hope retirement brings them rest, joy, adventure, laughter, and all the time they deserve with the people they love most.
Thank you both for your years of commitment, compassion, and excellence. Sharon Elementary is better because of you, and you will always be part of the Thunderbird family. 🦅
Now… time for all of us to rest, recharge, and rejuvenate for what’s ahead. What a year it has been!

Today we had the honor of celebrating the incredible Class of 2026 during our Senior Walk! ❤️🖤
Watching these seniors walk the halls one more time — greeted with cheers, smiles, hugs, and high fives from our little Thunderbirds — was such a special reminder of how quickly the years fly by. Our students looked at you with wide eyes today, seeing all the possibilities that lie ahead for them someday too.
To the Class of 2026: thank you for letting us celebrate you. We are proud of the young adults you have become and excited for all that is ahead. No matter where life takes you, you will always have a home here cheering you on.

Instead of highlighting one Terrific Thunderbird, I'm celebrating ALL of them.

It’s Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week, and there simply aren’t enough words to capture how much this team means to our school. Every single person in this picture plays a role in creating a place where our students feel safe, loved, and challenged to be their best. From the classroom to the cafeteria, the front office to the playground—this team shows up every day with heart, dedication, and a commitment to our children.

We are incredibly proud of our Sharon staff and so grateful for the impact they make each and every day. ❤️

There is nothing quite like watching our students light up as they share special moments with the people who mean the most to them. Thank you to all of our families who joined us this morning—we loved having you in our building! 💙🍩

Led by Mrs. Tiffany Moore, our students earned the Inspiration Award—a recognition of their enthusiasm, teamwork, and love for learning through the FIRST LEGO League experience.

What a special night celebrating our youngest Thunderbirds! Our students did an amazing job sharing their talents and joy through music.
A huge thank you to Mr. Brantley for his hard work, dedication, and the heart he pours into our music program each and every day. We are so grateful for you! 🎵
