Jr. High Muay Thai: Designed specifically for ages 11-13 to help students build confidence, improve fitness, and learn valuable self-defense skills in a positive and encouraging environment!! 🙌 Students learn the fundamentals of Kickboxing and Muay Thai while developing discipline, respect, focus, and coordination! TKO is a great way for kids to stay active & challenge themselves!! 🥊

Our August 3-Week Fitness Camp has officially came to an end! The collective weight loss for this camp was 68 lbs!! 🎉 Six out of the seven participants of this camp were returning camp members! 👏 Their commitment to themselves and the Fitness Camp Program is truly inspiring! Real effort, real dedication, real results!! I’m beyond proud of all of these women for progressing their fitness journeys! 💪

Anyone interested in owning your own TKO, can register for our upcoming Expo. The Expo will be held at TKO Hickory on October 3rd at 2pm.

We encourage anyone interested to attend. Even if it is something you would consider in the future. It’s never too early to gather information.

The Expo is obligation free and is simply an opportunity for us to present the information and also an opportunity for questions. The duration will not be more than one hour.

2026 has been a PHENOMENAL year for TKO! 🥊🔥

Our TKO community has continued to grow in so many exciting ways! We’ve opened a new location, competed in multiple competitions, hosted an incredible seminar with World Champion Petch, welcomed so many new members into the TKO family, and we’re still not done yet! 🔥🙌

We are incredibly grateful for the continued love and support from Iredell County and everyone who has been a part of our journey. Thank you for continuing to support TKO—we can’t wait to see what the rest of 2026 has in store! ❤️
