Class of 2026 - Final Transcripts Updates
Good Morning Graduates!!
Student Services has been getting alot of emails and phone calls about when final transcripts will be sent out. This week final grades were due and are to be posted by end of the week. Those grades have to be stored for so many days before report cards can be ran, and transcripts updated. We are aiming to send them out around the 2nd week of June the latest, unless there is an issue that comes from the state level with Infinite Campus. As long as you completed your senior survey that says where you need your final transcript to go, it will be sent as soon as they are ready. The counselors will also look at uploading a copy of your final transcript to Common App (for those who used Common App) in case your schools need to gain access to them before the official transcript arrives.
Take note....it does take the schools time to receive your transcript and upload it to your portal. It is not a quick turnaround, so while you may receive emails and notifications saying it is missing, don't worry or get nervous. If it helps, you can also contact your schools to see if they have received it, and perhaps just didn't update the portal yet.
If you didn't do your senior survey, and have not said where your final transcripts need to be sent, it is your responsibility to reach out to your counselor to tell them where it needs to go. Otherwise, it can put a delay on your college getting the transcript and material they need.
Another message will be sent once transcripts are dropped off in the mail. Congratulations again, and we wish all of you the very best as you start the next chapter of your lives. Thanks and take care!

Good afternoon Viking Nation! After many hours of monitoring weather forecasts and reviewing conditions, we have made the difficult decision to move the 2026 Graduation Ceremony indoors. We truly understand this is not the ideal situation and recognize the impact this decision has on our families and guests.
Graduation will be held in the main gymnasium in G building at 8:00 a.m. However, due to facility limitations, we will not be able to accommodate everyone in the main ceremony location. Students were given three tickets during mandatory graduation practice this morning. This ticket allocation is based on the fire marshal capacity limits for the facility. Everyone, regardless of age, will need a ticket to attend in the main gym.
In addition, overflow seating for 750 will be available in the Performance Arts Center (PAC). The ceremony will be livestreamed in the PAC or you can stream at https://www.nfhsnetwork.com/events/south-iredell-high-school-statesville-nc/evtbb2bc60fcb. You will need to sign up and it is FREE.
This was not an easy decision. We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to celebrate the Class of 2026 safely and meaningfully.
