In a series of five 2-hour sessions with a small group of participants, we will unpack the thoughts, beliefs, language, communication, emotional, and spiritual tools for navigating a journey within. In a process of inner exploration, shared experiences, role play, meditation, and journaling, we will identify vital techniques for setting aside old ideas and limitations to create a new way of experiencing life and living full out!

Sessions are scheduled either for Friday Evenings, 6:00-8:00pm, Feb.3 - March 3 OR Sunday afternoons, 2:00-4:00pm, Feb.5 - March 5. Tuition for 5 Sessions/INSIDE OUT and one private session: $125.
