New schedule starting Monday June 15!! Very excited to be adding Evening Jiu Jitsu on Monday and Wednesday evenings. also has her circuit training classes so keep a look out for her weekly schedule. Save this and come check us out!

Do your kids need something to do this summer? How about getting them into Martial arts!! We have a summer special going on. 3 months unlimited ages 5-12! This is also available to teens ages 13-17 but they will be in our adult coed classes!
