Men’s Mental Health Awareness Proclamation read by Chapter President, Rachel Holloway Bryant.
The ladies of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Iota Iota Zeta Chapter and the Zeta Male Network of Millen were honored to receive a Men’s Mental Health Awareness Proclamation from the Mayor of Statesboro.
This proclamation represents more than a document, it is a commitment to bringing awareness to the importance of men’s mental health, reducing stigma, and encouraging open conversations about emotional wellness. Far too often, men suffer in silence. Together, we can help create communities where seeking support is viewed as a sign of strength, not weakness.
We extend our sincere appreciation to the Mayor and the City of Statesboro for recognizing this important cause and for partnering with us to promote mental health awareness throughout our community.

From meaningful conversations on men’s mental health and self-care to fellowship, service, recognition, and celebration, this event reminded us that true heroes don’t always wear capes, they show up, stand in the gap, and make an impact.
A special thank you to our guest speakers, community partners, clergy members, Zeta Male Network members, award recipients, and every attendee who helped make this event a success.
Congratulations to all of our honorees! Your dedication, leadership, service, and unwavering support do not go unnoticed. We are grateful for the positive influence you have on our chapter and throughout our community.
