More than 700 years ago, the Aztecs were already growing food on floating gardens called chinampas. These man-made islands used nutrient-rich lake water and natural waste to help crops thrive—an early version of what we now call aquaponics.

Turns out, growing food with the help of water and fish isn't just the future of farming... it's also part of its history. 🌎🐟🌿
