Raider Meet results. It was a tough one. Our Raiders gave it their all. Female team 3rd overall out of 5 teams. Mixed team 4th overall out of 6 teams. Male team 6th overall out of 9 teams. We have a bye week coming up and then 3 October is a home meet come out and support our Raider team. Also our Raiders will be marching in the homecoming parade on Monday at SHS. We also gave out our summer conditioning awards and our 3rd year Raider Tabs awards.

Today we had a guest speaker from the University of North Georgia Mr. Mike Cypher came and talked to our students about what his school has to offer. At the end of the briefing our Senior Cadet gave him a challenge coin for coming to speak to the classes. We get different guest speakers to come in so the student can know their options.

Our First Home Raider meet is in the books. Our Blue Devil Raiders did a great job. Our Male team tied for 1st place. Our Female team tied for 1st place and our mixed team came in 2nd place. We had a total of 13 teams at the meet. If you see our Raiders this week congratulate them. Thanks to Dr. Driggers and Mr. McCombs for coming out and cheering on our team. Thanks to the parents that came out cooked ran concessions and cheered for our team.

It's that time of the year again our JROTC sponsorship. All proceed go to support our program. Our Cadets will be out and about getting sponsors. If you would like to do it online follow the instructions below.
click make a purchase, under JROTC click products, under sponsorship drive-click view, enter donation amount, receipt enter company name or individual name

You have to have a Infinite Campus account to pay with a card if you don’t have one you can make one.

Make sure you put your full name or company and the student that contacted you so they can get credit. It is tax deductible once we have completed it all you will get a gift bag with information.
