🧸 A little extra joy at NCS today!

Our students brought their favorite teddy bears and stuffy friends to school to celebrate National Teddy Bear Day! From cuddles in the classroom to smiles throughout the day, our furry friends were definitely part of the NCS family today.

A sweet way to kick off the school year!

After students and families meet their teachers at Kindergarten Orientation and Meet & Greet on Monday, August 31, everyone is invited to grab a popsicle and join Mr. Lucas on the NCS playground for some fun and fellowship hosted by our NCS PTF!

This event is open house-style, come and go any time between 4 and 6pm.

You can also check out the NCS gear! Samples of some of our new school apparel will be available to see, feel, and try on before you order online.

Come say hello, enjoy a cool treat, and get ready for the start of a new school year!

Pennsylvania’s Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program allows individuals and businesses to receive a state tax credit (not a deduction) equal to 90% of their Pennsylvania state tax liability for eligible contributions. These contributions must be directed to a non-profit organization that either:

• Provides tuition assistance to students from low-income households, or
• Has registered with the Commonwealth as an approved educational improvement organization (“EIO”) because it provides innovative education programming to K-12 students in Pennsylvania.

You can minimize your taxes and make an impact through the EITC program. Make plans to join us for a luncheon on Wednesday, September 23 from 12-1pm to learn more about this program.

As we look back on an incredible school year, we celebrate the Mathletes, Challenge 24 Team, Track & Field athletes, and the Science Olympiad teams who represented NCS with excellence. Whether solving complex problems, thinking quickly under pressure, or pushing themselves to achieve new personal bests, these students demonstrated teamwork, determination, and a commitment to growth.

We are proud of all they accomplished and grateful for the way they used their talents to shine throughout the year. Congratulations on a year of achievement both in and beyond the classroom!
