The BS in Organizational Leadership at Penn State has over 750 majors enrolled!

The design of the BS in Organizational Leadership allows maximum flexibility for students to focus on complex social, cultural, and organizational issues through a humanities and social sciences perspective, while also acquiring the essential applied courses in leadership, management and analytics to lead more effectively, and broaden professional horizons. This program can help students acquire the knowledge and skills to become a leader in business, retail, non-profit or consulting fields.

Hello all. Many of you are registering for Spring. We want to let you know that even though it isn't on the official documentation, OLEAD 410 and OLEAD 411 will count towards your degree if you take them. Your advisors are aware of this, but we want to make sure you are too.

410 meets your Gen Ed International Cultures requirement.

Both 410 and 411 can count in your 400 level supporting or your additional supporting courses.
