Dall'Inizio DaySchool A Reggio Emilia Inspired Early Learning Center. We use the whole child model and child-centered learning.

We provide high quality care and a nurturing environment where your children will grow through exploration, interaction, and play-based learning. We believe that there are three teachers in a child’s life. These include the child’s family members, the child’s teachers, and the child’s learning environment. Children are capable of constructing their own knowledge and learning through their interests and curiosity. Providing guidance allows for learning to occur naturally through exploration, play, and development.

Dall’Inizio DaySchool is looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and caring Full-Time Preschool Teacher to join our team!

We are a STAR 4 early learning center that believes preschool should be filled with hands-on learning, creativity, exploration, play, and meaningful relationships. We’re looking for someone who truly enjoys working with young children and wants to make a difference in their lives.

✨ What we’re looking for:
• Experience working with preschool-aged children
• A warm, patient, and positive personality
• Dependability and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Someone who understands that early childhood education is about much more than simply supervising children—it’s about helping them learn, grow, and thrive!

Today is a bittersweet day for our Dall’Inizio family as we celebrate Max’s last day at Dall’Inizio DaySchool. ❤️

In many ways, Max has grown up right alongside this business. For 23 years, our family business has been part of his life—from being one of the little kids running through the halls to eventually becoming one of the people responsible for keeping those halls running.

Over the last two years especially, Max stepped up in a way that his dad and I will never forget. When I had to step away from the day-to-day operation of the center, Max took on an enormous amount of responsibility at an incredibly young age. He didn't just "help out." He became an integral part of keeping Dall’Inizio going.

Managing a childcare center, leading staff, dealing with the unexpected every single day, communicating with families, and—most importantly—being responsible for the care and happiness of so many children is no small task. There are fully grown adults with decades of experience who could not have handled what Max took on. But he did. He showed up, figured things out, worked incredibly hard, and carried responsibilities that were far beyond what most people his age would ever be asked to carry.

But what makes me proudest isn't simply that he kept things running. It's the impact he made on the kids.

They absolutely adore Mr. Max. ❤️ The relationships he built, the adventures he gave them, the laughs, the field trips, the summer memories, and simply being someone they could count on—those things will stay with these kids long after today. I hope someday he realizes just how many childhood memories have Mr. Max in them.

As his parents, his dad and I could not be prouder of the young man he has become. We have watched him grow from a little boy who grew up at Dall’Inizio into a capable, hardworking, dedicated young man who helped carry the very business he grew up in.

Now it is time for Max to close this chapter and begin an exciting new one. While Dall’Inizio will certainly not be the same without him, we couldn't be more excited to watch where life takes him next.

Thank you, Max, for everything you have given to Dall’Inizio, to our families, to our staff, and especially to the kids who will never forget Mr. Max.

Dad and I are incredibly proud of you. More than you probably know. ❤️

You grew up with Dall’Inizio—and when Dall’Inizio needed you, you stepped up and helped carry it. There could be no better legacy to leave behind. ❤️

Work hard, play harder! 🎢☀️

Our Dall'Inizio DaySchool team traded lesson plans for roller coasters, water rides, and plenty of laughs at DelGrosso Amusement Park! We are so thankful for this incredible group of dedicated teachers and staff who give their all to our children every single day. They deserve a day to relax, recharge, and enjoy each other's company.

🌲 Shelter Challenge at Bald Eagle State Park! 🌲

Our summer campers put their teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving skills to the test during a Shelter Building Competition at Bald Eagle State Park!

Working together in teams, campers gathered natural materials and designed shelters using what they could find in the environment, along with a few items provided by the counselors. From sturdy structures to imaginative designs, each group brought their own unique ideas to life.

The real winners were cooperation, communication, and a whole lot of outdoor fun! ☀️🍃

We love providing opportunities for children to explore nature, think creatively, and build friendships through hands-on experiences.
